I loved the view on the 8th floor looking out at the MT Fuji. The breakfast buffet it’s worth it. It was supper yummy, they do serve very similar things each time there’s some food that are more staples/common. The quality is amazing, and the dinning area you can see the mountains if you time it perfectly you get a view and good food with no wait. The super twins are big enough for two people and pushed together they look like a western size king bed, just be careful of the middle between the beds you can fall in :). The staff were amazing, I’m just thankful that staff was able to speak English it maybe broken English or incomplete by some foreigners standards it’s enough to get the point across. It’s still great because I have only learned a few words from the Japanese language and some of it isn’t easy. I respect those that try speak English when I should try speak their native language. Personal opinion. Also there is souvenir items that they sell at the front desk might I say the glasses are worth it. The town has plenty of food to go try and explore as well. Also if taking the train get a green car ticket makes the trip smoother.

The location was the best part! It was literally next to the station in Mishima and very accessible via an escalator. It was perfect just for our 1 night in Mishima after visiting the Izu Pensinula so we could get a Shinkansen down south. The room design was well thought out to maximise space and the room probably looked even better than the photos! The lovely bench seat in front of the large window also made the room feel spacious. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The onsen on the top floor also seemed to be beautifully laid out with women on one side and men on the other, divided by a room with lounges and a great view of Mt Fuji. Mishima is a really nice town and we could happily have stayed another night there.

We had a corner room with a view of Mt Fuji and a tatami sitting area with western beds. I contacted the hotel ahead of time regarding a gluten-free meal for my husband. The hotel was very responsive. They assured me that it was not a problem. We had a dinner reservation. When we showed up. The staff were very prepared and provided GF options and even a list with allergy information for breakfast. We were blown away. The hotel is right next to the train station and very close to a park and shrine. The front desk staff helped us ship our luggage. Everyone was very nice. The best part was the onsen with a view of sunset and Mt. Fuji. It's a great overnight stay. Highly recommend it.

I really wanted to extend my stay here and I would have if my itinerary allowed. I loved the window nook (if you get the Mount Fuji view, that would make a perfect reading spot). The rooftop bath is spectacular and you can check how crowded it is from the TV so you don't waste time going up and finding out it's packed. Located to the right of the train exit. There's a Tully's coffee below and a couple of eateries including a pretty good unagi restaurant next door. Getting to Mishima Skywalk was a breeze via the bus.

Spacious modern room with seating area. Comfortable beds and lovely linen. View of Fuji if weather is good. Well appointed bathroom. Yes sink is outside the bathroom but that’s a non-issue. Kettle with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Water replenished daily. Lovely bath amenities provided (facial wash, serum, lotion). Pyjamas and slippers and plentiful towels provided. Access to rooftop thermal pools. Located right at the train station.
